Common Questions

What is small group personal training?

Small group training combines rigorous, expertly designed training sessions with a motivating group class atmosphere. Led by an experienced professional coach, small group training is delivered much like a personal training session, with each session having a specific conditioning focus. Whether your goal is weight loss and body sculpting or strength and sports conditioning, Body by Schliebe has a program designed to help you exceed your fitness expectations.

Session sizes range from 8 to 15 participants, and last between 45 to 55 minutes.

Which workout program should I take?

Schliebe professional coaches will initially help you determine which programs best match your fitness goals. However, the design and structure of the various sessions allow daily workouts to coexist with each other. Classes can even be taken back to back without fear of overtraining. Although many clients have their favorite program, all agree, the constant change keeps them motivated to come back again and again!

How often should I work out?

Most clients start gradually with 2 to 3 sessions per week. However, as their bodies start to rapidly change, our clients are often motivated to work toward their fitness goals on an almost daily basis.

How can I maximize my workout experience?

Come prepared to work, and remember attitude is everything! It's very important you arrive early enough to warm up. Increasing your body's core temperature will help prevent injury and allow you to challenge yourself the moment your program starts. Don't forget to eat properly before your session, and of course, bring plenty of water.

What should I wear?

Comfort is key. Wear loose and layered clothing, unless spin is your exercise of choice (in that case, we suggest bike pants). Cross training shoes are also highly recommended. If you have long hair, you may want to pull it back from your face with a clip or bandana. Workout and shower towels are available, as well as water for hydration.
